  Extremely helpful and affordable. If you're an RIT student, this place is perfect - not too far from campus (or RIT Inn!) for those with apartments, and the space I rented (5x15) fit a large couch, large coffee table, desks, and smaller household items with a ton of room to spare.
  
  EDIT: After a summer away (about 3 months) i've returned to a rather mouldy storage unit. I've used many units (both temperature control and otherwise) and i've never had anything mould as much as it did in this unit. it was even along the walls and in the halls - which wasn't very evident back in may. I suppose you get what you pay for - it is convenient and affordable, but it's probably best not to store too long here.
