  Terribly managed. They opened in August 2017 and were sold before Christmas. The will not respond to emails ever unless they need something from you. These units are poorly built, very small and incredibly overpriced. Heather, the GM, is nasty if you ask any questions. There are tons of options for RIT housing. I would never consider going back to this place. Be warned people! The staff is very unprofessional and uncooperative
